What happens next?
+ We email you to thank you for your booking form and to confirm any outstanding details.
+ Then we send you a confirmation email which gives payment methods for your deposit of GBP 200 per person.
+ (If booking within 8 weeks of the trip, the full amount is due.)
+ The confirmation email includes plenty of notes about the trip: please ask us any questions.
+ (For self-guided and private guided trips) we reserve your schedule, then email it to you so that you can check what we've arranged.
+ (For scheduled guided trips) we email you to confirm once your trip has reached minimum numbers.
Then at any time before your trip:
+ Then please feel able to book your flights and transfers, or trains, to the trip.
+ You can also now buy travel insurance (and this can be done any time before your trip).
+ Please check your equipment against the kit list in your notes, and buy anything needed.
10-8 weeks before your trip:
+ We email you a reminder about your balance, due 8 weeks before your trip.
+ (For scheduled guided trips) if your trip has not yet reached minimum numbers, we email you to discuss options.
6 to 8 weeks before your trip:
+ We post your info pack.
In the fortnight before your trip:
+ We email you to catch up before your trip and to ask for your travel insurance details, to confirm your mobile number in case we need to contact you during the trip, and to ask if your party's diets or medical conditions have changed since booking.
Then you're ready to go!
